Submarine Arm
Male candidates in GS(X), Engineering (GS), and Electrical (GS) can volunteer for the submarine arm upon eligibility.
Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA)
Candidates in GS(X) may be nominated for RPA specialization based on service needs and medical fitness.
Merchant Navy Personnel
Candidates with Ministry of Shipping certifications are eligible for specific branch entries.
Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
CPL holders are eligible for the Pilot entry.
NCC Certificate Holders
Holders of NCC ‘C’ certificates receive a 5% relaxation in cutoff marks for shortlisting.
Selection Process

Shortlisting
Candidates will be shortlisted based on normalized marks obtained in their qualifying degree. For BE/B.Tech, marks up to the 5th semester (regular courses) or 7th semester (integrated courses) will be considered for candidates in their final year.
SSB Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email or SMS. The SSB interview involves psychological testing, group tasks, and personal interviews.
Medical Examination
Candidates recommended by SSB will undergo a medical examination to ensure they meet the required medical and physical standards.
Merit List
A final merit list will be prepared based on SSB marks and medical fitness.
